Rusya güvenlik söylemi üzerinden Afrika’daki nüfuzunu genişletmeyi sürdürüyor. Bir yandan Batı ve Orta Afrika’da Fransa’nın yerini alırken diğer yandan savunma anlaşmaları ile tüm kıtaya yeni bir müttefiklik projesi vadediyor. Kasım bülteninde AKEM Araştırmacıları Rusya’nın Afrika politikasına dair yazdılar. İlgililerine faydalı olması dileğiyle keyifli okumalar diliyorum.
Nowadays, Russia continues to expand its influence in Africa through security affairs. On one side, it plays to take the place of France in West and Central Africa, on the other hand, it promises a new alliance project to the entire continent with its defense agreements.
