Afrika Koordinasyon ve Eğitim Merkezi'nin aylık yayınladığı, Pan-Afrikanızm üzerine odaklanan Ocak 2023 sayısı yayınlandı.
Ülkemizi sarsan deprem felaketi hepimizi derinden üzdü. Milletimizin çektiği acı, hepsi farklı ülkelerden olan araştırmacılarımızın ve bizlerin kalplerinde derinden hissediliyor. Tüm bu üzüntü içerisinde yazı yazmamız mümkün olmayacaktı. Bu sebeple Pan-Afrika üzerine daha önceden yazmaya karar verdiğimiz yazıları bu bültende yayınlama kararı aldık. Hiçbir teselli cümlesi, yakınlarını kaybedenlerin acısını hafifletemez, biliyoruz. Yine de tüm mahcubiyetimiz ve üzüntümüzle, yakınlarını kaybedenlere sabır, hayatını kaybedenlere Allah’tan rahmet diliyoruz. AKEM Ailesi adına,
The earthquake disaster that hit our country (Türkiye) shaken deeply us all. The suffering of our nation is deeply felt in the hearts of our researchers and ourselves, as well as the entire humanity around the globe. With all this sadness, we would not be able to write the next bulletin seriously. For this reason, we have decided to publish the articles on Pan-African that we had previously written in this bulletin. We know that no words of consolation can ease the pain of those who have lost their loved ones. Nevertheless, with all our embarrassment and sadness, we wish patience to those who lost their relatives, and God's mercy to those who lost their lives. On behalf of the AKEM Family,
Nous avons tous été extrêmement attristés par le tremblement de terre qui a secoué notre pays. La souffrance de notre nation est profondément ressentie dans notre cœur et dans le cœur de nos chercheurs, tous de divers pays. Avec toute cette tristesse, nous serions difficilement en mesure d'écrire. C'est pourquoi nous avons décidé de publier les articles sur le panafricanisme que nous avions voulu décrypter dans le bulletin précédent. Nous savons qu'aucun mot de consolation ne peut apaiser la douleur de ceux qui ont perdu des êtres chers. Néanmoins, avec toute notre gêne et notre tristesse, nous souhaitons de la patience à ceux qui ont perdu leurs proches, et la miséricorde de Dieu à ceux qui ont perdu la vie.
